Melissa K. Caldwell, M.S., A.T.R.         Melissa Caldwell, M.S., A.T.R.,is the Associate Executive Director for The Ross Institute for Psychological Trauma. In addition to her administrative role, she also continues her clinical work as the unit Art Therapist.
