The Ross Institute offers a certification in Trauma Model Therapy. Upon completion of the training requirements, The Ross Institute issues a certificate documenting that the person has completed the training and received Certification in Trauma Model Therapy. The requirements to obtain certification are: 1. Attend a two-day Ross Institute Workshop on the Trauma Model 2. Attend a second one-day Ross Institute Workshop after completion of a two-day workshop 3. Read and view assigned materials including: i. Dr. Ross’ book, The Trauma Model ii. Dr. Ross’ book, Schizophrenia iii. Ross Institute DVDs and CD (2 DVDs and 1 CD) iv. Selection of papers provided by the Institute 4. Complete a post-training multiple choice exam 5. Sign the Ross Institute Waiver provided on initial registration Fees for the one-day and two-day workshops are paid separately. Attendees will receive CEUs for the workshops. Specialization Certification Individuals who have completed the Trauma Model Therapy Certification may obtain addition specialization certification by attending additional one-day workshops and completing additional assigned readings in subjects such as: Borderline Personality Disorder Eating Disorders Substance Abuse Dissociative Identity Disorder
